		<description>Seems to me the number of circles must be subtracted, not added, from the ML odds to get a horse&#039;s score to identify and rank the contenders. Even better, why not subtract the circles from the near post-time odds instead of ML odds. That&#039;s the way I would play it. Good luck to all!</description>

		<description>dont really understand the point system in the minute handicapping...looked at a race to try, have a runner ml 2/1 with cirle for owner, total of 3, another runner ml 8/1 with and 2 cirlces jockey and trainer, total of 10, so just bet the runner with total of 10 to win? also in another race runner ml 4/5  with no circles, is that runners total 4 so don&#039;t bet that one....</description>
