Easy Jet No Bake Cookies

May 18, 2009

Who doesn’t like a cookie you can share with your horse?

On Friday, I was lucky enough to tag along on an education trip. Thanks to a great group of 4th graders, I had a wonderful time talking about the difference between a horse stomach and a human stomach.

We spread the good word about the American Quarter Horse Association with a nutrition activity that involved – you guessed it – making cookies!

Mmmmm good. The best part? You can share them with your horse. And if your horse is a picky eater, well I guess I’d just say “more for me!”
