Nights at the Museums is an educational, fun night for your kids.

Seize the opportunity for a night out on the town without the worry of what to do with the kiddos.

Let Two Bits baby sit!

Parents Night Out is a collaborative effort between four local museums that gives parents a break and educates the kids with fun activities.

Past Nights at the Museums have included teaching kids about the American Quarter Horse through activities such as fun scavenger hunts, painting their own horses, haunted trail rides, experiencing a real live American Quarter Horse and more!

Nights at the Museums provides an educational, safe and entertaining atmosphere comparable to the price of a babysitter. Each museum has a different Friday evening in February:

February 5 Don Harrington Discovery Center

February 12 Amarillo Museum of Art

February 19 Panhandle Plains Historical Museum

February 29 American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame & Museum

Ages 4-11 are welcome. Drop off begins at 5:30, and pick up is at 9:30. Costs are $20 per night for the first child; $15 for additional children. Limited spaces are available, and advance registration is required. Get registered today!

Contact Ande Parlow at the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame & Museum for more information or to enroll.
