Your AQHA Membership Card

How to get a replacement AQHA membership card.

Every AQHA member is sent a membership card. This card contains all of your membership information and is your ‘golden ticket’ to receive a lot of awesome discounts through AQHA’s Corporate Partners. It serves as the ultimate membership renewal notice – hard, plastic and difficult to destroy – it has your expiration date printed on it. This seems like such an inconsequential subject, but my fellow AQHA Customer Service reps and I receive several phone calls each day with questions about membership cards. They also make up a big part of the e-mail we receive.

Since the inception of anything designed to be carried around in a wallet, these things have a tendency to be lost, stolen or misplaced while moving from wallet to car to pocket and everywhere in between. If your AQHA membership card was received and then lost, misplaced or stolen, simply send $5 to AQHA with a written request or call customer service with a debit/credit card, and we’ll send you a new one.

If you have your trailer and tack packed and are loading your horse for your next AQHA show then realize your membership card is nowhere in sight, relax and call AQHA Customer Service. A copy of your card – eligible for use at any AQHA show – can be faxed or e-mailed to you. You don’t have to miss a show while you wait for that new card to arrive.

Don’t forget to check the date or enroll in AQHA auto renewal, so you’ll never have to worry about your AQHA membership lapsing. Also check our Corporate Partner listings before you and your AQHA membership card go shopping! You just might be in for some awesome discounts!

    I renewed my membership in early July at a Quarter Horse show and have not received a card. I didn’t receive a credit card type card when I renewed my membership last year at the Region 3. What do I do next to find out where my card is?

    I have reviewed AQHA records and located your membership. A replacement card has been ordered and will arrive via US post in 7-10 business days.

    I am a youth and I have a AQHYA membership card, but it is only a paper copy. I have not received a hard copy. How do I receive a hard copy to keep in my wallet with my other cards?
