		<description>I have recently taken over as the Youth Office for WES (Western Equestrian Association) here in the UK would would be very grateful to hear from anybody, youth riders, Trainers, Parents, anybody who would like to share their views and ideas with me as I embark on my quest to help youngster get into Western Riding through to helping them to compete at whatever Western disciple they want to focus on. 
Please feel free to share your views, ideas and experience with me and if you think there are ways that you could make a positive contribution to youth Western riding, then I really want to hear from you.
